No, I'm calling your claim that they employ 100% Democrats bullshite, because it is.

No it isn't. I only do that when someone gets off topic with their melting.

I have no problem carrying on arguments with people who are actually returning the volley without getting all emotional about it.

We were talking about Trump recommending the shut down.

What part of my statement do you disagree with?

Do you not see the issue of backing up a claim that it "starts from the top" by using a very biased media organization?

I will give fox news credit here. They bring on people like AOC who aren't there to just be like "hey here's a member of the other party who agrees with us!"

They let libs come on and say whatever they want pretty much. They aren't "token libs" or anything.

So you finally admit, unlike the other networks, Fox presents both sides of issues and allows the audience to make up their own mind. While the other networks like CNN give one viewpoint, always from the leftist progressive point of view, and tell the audience what to think.

Glad to see you’re finally being honest in this thread.

Dont peek at DRUDGE either.
What the freek happened to DRUDGE REPORT?

Word on the street is that Matt Drudge was bought out and had to basically sign an NDA on the buyout.

Would make sense since the tone of his paged changed dramatically almost overnight. It would be like seeing Mother Jones suddenly championing every Trump cause.

Yes fox news is known for letting the viewer decide what to think.

None of what you said can be found in my post.

No, he has advisors out the arse and his taskforce. The president isn't meant to make decisions solely by himself. He has final say.

Does it matter? If he didn't want to, he could've said to find another way. This is a weird hill to die on when plenty of trump supporters have no issues criticizing him for this.

Does a news broadcast that isn't biased or pushing an agenda exist? I just want the NEWS of current events.

Not a hill I’m dying on, just was pushing to get you to expand on your previous comments. I don’t disagree, he certainly isn’t without fault throughout of all of this.

Fear is the commodity that the dominant media culture and the State are selling . Once you are sufficiently afraid of any given thing , you will nervously give up your liberty for the security they claim to provide. We have only known this for 200+ years and organized our entire country around a pesky little document called the Constitution to fight against this. Which is why all you baws have a duty as Americans to tell CNN and your government to frick off and get your asses back out there.

No. Bias is a normal human trait, and no matter how hard someone tries to remain unbiased, it's impossible. And at the end of the day, someone within that outlet is making a decision on what story to run, what guest to bring on and interview, what questions to ask, etc., and bias is going to show itself.

Though I lean left, I do find myself watching Fox News during the day some. I pick up on their bias, but I also appreciate the different perspective they bring that sometimes challenges my own thinking. It rarely changes my mind, but it gives me an appreciation for the opposite view on something.

That was exactly Lester Holt on NBC last night. "Dire warning from Dr. Fauci..."

I think it's a collective bed shitting and everyone has been toeing party lines.

I get downvoted to hell on Reddit when I call people out for the constant doom and gloom second wave predictions that have failed to materialize over the last month. Then there are still some hardcore people here who say nothing at all should've been done which I think is wrong too.

And this whole idea of this being done so people will willingly give up their liberties isn't something that only one party would want.

I guess I fail to see the problem with this. I watched part of the hearing, and Fauci was delivering a dire warning on opening things up too soon, and too quickly.
