Pearl necklace recommendations (Jewelry)

Save the jokes. Looking to get my wife a Pearl necklace thats reasonable in cost and not cheaply made. Don't know the first thing about them.
Any name brands that are reputable? Things to look out for?

They say the best way to get someone a good gift is to give them something you, yourself, would like. I see that you have taken that advice to heart.
She seemed to love the pearl necklace I gave her not too long ago, I can send you pics and video of it if you want.
She would still have it if your mom didnt lick it off and swallow it.
