Again, is there proof they came onto HIS property?

The so-called peaceful protesters in St. Louis screamed obscenities and threatened to seize the firearms the couple who came out to protect their home. Other clips had the sound removed so you wouldn't hear the mob's threats.

If you would listen to the guy at the end he is telling them to get back in the street so they were clearly on these people's property.
You try so hard to defend scum every day.
ETA Video has been removed let me find it.

When he gets back to you ask him about private property & no trespassing signage along with a closed gate
He's back!
He said in the cases he's been involved with, there are several tests to determine if that "private" road is truly private. If it doesn't have manned security granting access 24/7, it's likely not fully private. If the street, or any street in the gated area has ever received public funds for any construction or upkeep, it's likely not private. If police and fire don't need special permission to enter the area, then it's not private. He stressed he doesn't know if any of this applies to this case, and given that street has been there for over 100 years, he said it's likely very, very complicated. But he said throwing up a gate and a No Trespassing sign doesn't in any way make that street indeed private in a court of law.
He said he'd maybe look into this case this weekend if he has some time.

In light of all the violence that has taken place involving some of these marching clowns, it is downright comical to me that some out there STILL attempt to play the gun ban card.
No one but their fellow maniacs will go along with that one. Even liberals aren't very excited about the prospects of getting head-kicked all the way to brain damage. They just won't admit it, in public.

They'll completely double down on the "you don't need an AR 46 for self defense" bs

It's Private

Westmoreland and Portland places. It’s hard to imagine it now, but the author bemoans the muddy ruts of Kingshighway and Union, which were still not paved. The wealthy residents of the new private places were forced to pay out of pocket for sidewalks. The famous gatehouses on the east and west ends were the topic of much conversation as well; among the residents of the West End of the city, people held strong opinions on whether the west or east entrance was the fairer of the two. The gates were not closed originally, but entrance was “a privilege, not a right,” and homeowners ensured that “sidewalks are as smooth as billiard tables, and the sprinkling arrangements for the driveways keep those thoroughfares in perfect condition, mud as well as dust guarded against.”

The least that the homeowner could do was to lay down a good pattern and make them thugs dance like the movies.
Very disappointed.
Very disappointed.

You can truly see the mental gymnastics at work here amongst our leftist comrades. They’ll deny being communist but they just can’t help themselves. They hate when people are willing to fight for their own property.

I dont think these "soy boys" realize that if this pops off, they're going to be on their own. The black community neither needs nor wants these pasty arse nerds running around claiming they're knighting for them.

White soys have again hijacked another movement from black people.

but as I understand it only applies if the persons come onto your property,
In some neighborhoods, the homeowner owns the sidewalk but grants an easement for use. I can get silly and nitpick too so we can speculate all day but the private property sign at the gate undermines any argument you try to create.

My thoughts exactly. The rifle certainly looks pre-ban.

Doesn’t even matter if the damn street was private. There’s a hostile group of retards marching down that street. I’ll be damned if I don’t have the right to stand on my own porch with a gun and make sure those retards keep walking.

There was a video of the protestors flat out threatening these people but magically it is gone from Twitter and the only videos up are the ones making the homeowners look like the aggressors.

Yep. That's what got me thinking. I told myself, "Self, that rifle sure looks old enough to have a giggle switch on it."
It just occurred to me that this guy and his wife are frickING LOADED, but you know what you don't see? Hired security out there defending their property. They got out there and put themselves into harm's way to ensure that their property was protected and didn't rely or wait on anyone else to save their asses. frick yeah. I want to buy those two a drink.
