That looks pretty similar to most of the entrances to all the section 8 apartments here in Charlotte..

I think they existed but they are louder now because they have more outlets to hide behind with social media. It's easy to be tough behind a keyboard when calling people out.

Of course the residence is private. Every residence is. My initial question was if his private residence extended to the sidewalk and street, and the answer was it depends.

It certainly looks like this street was likely fully private.

I'd definitely like to have a drink with em, but based on the looks of that house they're paying!

He's back!
What's his name?

It's not complicated at all: Go to the internets and pull up the plat map of the neighborhood and the streets, and if it shows the dirt that the street is on is private property that is owned and taxed and paid for by a person or entity, then most of the "very very complicated" nature of your "lawyer friend's" opinion has been made very very uncomplicated.

You can then verify the plat map findings by going to the courthouse and reading the deeds and all associated material in who owns what.

All the "fire department permissions" and what not bullshite that your imaginary friend told you applies goes out the window if it's dealing with private property rights- especially when someone is possibly about to go to trial for murdering some maggot brain who thought that it was a good idea to waltz up to a private gate and private community and burn the son of a bitch to the ground. Your little anarchist friends and their families won't win that one, chief. (I can call you chief, can't I?) If that property is private (newsflash you imbecile: it very likely is) then "your legal representative's" opinion is null and void: Rights, that are guaranteed* in the Constitution of the United States via the Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments will save the man and his wife from going to the penitentiary on murder charges and we will all be better when a few more rioters' bodies can be dumped into the river. (I recommend the Anacostia River, or even better than that, the Washington Channel, because they run the closest to Capitol Hill.)

*That guarantee has steadily been eroded by the growing federal government that so many spineless sheeple like yourself so adamantly support.**

**And then you decry that very same government when they send their police out to enforce and arrest and fine you after you violated its growing number of laws and regulations. You are black aren't you? Because those are the only people who get arrested. Boy I hope so because if you're white then it's the folks like you- folks who love Uncle Sam's big white cock rear railing you and who beg for more- who are the real racists because you support and cherish and celebrate more and more black people being oppressed since they're the only ones who feel the effects of Sam's increasingly-growing girth in the back of their throat.

Frick your imaginary friend and his case laws. (Did I mention that the both of you both are racists?) For a little while, my rights t®ump his curbside armchair legal opinion.

What was his name again?

On second thought it doesn't even matter because I believe you. Know why? Because your reply from him looks like the jargon that some chickenshit drive-thru attorney would give a shite-for-brains piece of numbered cattle like yourself an answer for.

It is convenient how his friend knew all about trespassing cases. Most lawyers could probably go their whole life and not deal with that as it is usually handled through an actual real estate attorney.

What I am saying is that Spleen googled the bullshite he posted

Were they local or in MO? If so, he was just playing both sides in case one wins. Many businesses do that.

Not excusing it but giving it some logic as to why.

He donated to Trump in 2016.

Someone pulled up the guys name on a donation tracker and there was more than one individual so one needs to look at address.

Where did I call them scum? I said they looked stupid, but that was mostly directed at the wife for how she handled that pistol.

That’s why internet vigilante mobs shouldn’t ever exist, especially when going after a guy with a common name like “Kyle Dennis”.
