Sounds like the pilot thought he was hot. Isn’t that a compliment?

Would that make someone fly-curious?

This whole thing gives me an idea for an app: need a catchy name, something that combines tinder with flying. Will give you a chance to hookup either in an airport or on the flight with randoms. Would make layovers MUCH more interesting.

I don't understand this article, is the gay dude trying to shame/get the gay pilot fired for friendly chatting him up on a dating app?

It's not like the pilot is a doctor/therapist/teacher, it's just a guy doing his job where you can flirt/strike up friendly conversation with your customers.

This is just weird...

I used to supervise gay dudes on probation in New Orleans. Grindr drama was a constant. Grindr participants allow others to see their location so that they can hook up for random strange.

Why is this a news article and why is it weird that a gay pilot sent a gay man a message on a gay app that connects gay men and women that are in a certain proximity of each other?

The pilot should keep his hand on the stick and get off his cell phone.

So what exactly is the problem here?

So edgy! So au courant!

In other words, it’s just like 95% of all small colleges in the U.S.?

Sounds like he needs a sugar daddy. He should have kept in contact with that pilot.

Passenger is a liar. Chicago isn’t a Delta hub so he wouldn’t have been flying MSP-ORD-BNA on Delta.
