It is hilarious when Trump supporters make fun of anyone's ability to speak in public without embarrassing themselves.

Even better when the best they can do is talk about their outfit.

No telling. Maybe the state would pay if the holdup was the money.

Imagine the clusterfrick if this thing falls and hurts someone and the state has a signed contract, but said they weren't paying.

Not the state. The states taxpayers. In other words you and me would pay and good luck collecting the debt from this guy. He’ll bankrupt that LLC soon and let the attorneys try to pierce the corporate veil.

You’re a welfare recipient. So, it’s not like you’re contributing much of anything.

If he just quickly moves assets to bankrupt it, it will take them about a year to claw them back.

If it is a legit bankruptcy, with no real assets, then it won't matter.

I would guess the only real asset is the real estate. The cash to build is probably being drawn on so I wouldn’t think a lot of cash is around since they draw and pay out. Regardless it will end up costing the taxpayers a good amount of money, as it already has, and taxpayers will just get in line like everyone else.

Then, I'd hire an engineering firm to review the report of the engineering firm I hired to check the engineer's work

Wanna know how I know you never had a role that needed to make these types of calls?

1)In any technical approach, much less something as complex as engineering, different people approach the issue in entirely different ways.

2)Once you have contradicting plans, now if anything goes wrong, it’s YOUR fault as opposed to the experts for deciding one way or the other.

Doesn’t matter the consideration or factors in the choice.

Why the hell do you think companies love to contract out work?

taxpayers

The good news is, if he owes any kind of taxes to any taxing authority, they are at the front of the line.

I learned a bit about this when a guy tried to stiff me on a lease. It took a year, but I ended up collecting 95% of the entire lease.

These guys think they can outsmart bankruptcy judges and lawyers, but unless they are really broke, they can't.

The difference here is that you are likely dealing with a LLC that only has the assets and liabilities related to this project on the balance sheet. Given the current state of the asset, it’s a pretty safe bet that the LLC’s NW is already way into the negative.

I was just making a general statement about bankruptics and guys trying to move assets to shield their money.

I'm sure that industry has a particular way they do projects; assigning cost and profit to a particular job.

I would think the only way that (the shielding) would work is if they had a particular LLC for this project, but IDK.

From the little I saw, those judges get to that money like a pitbull on a preschooler.
