Erin hands down.
Although Jan's got that crazy thing going on that makes her sexy even though you know you should run away and not look back.
Pam's giant boobies rarely made an appearance on the show. A tragedy really.
And Karen probably beats out Erin, but she wasnt given as a choice.

I looked this up a while ago and I may be wrong, but, I think that Melora Hardin (Jan) was older then the other female characters you mention. When Jan was at the same age as Pam and Erin were in the series, Jan (Melora Hardin) was more attractive.
