I do juices on a pretty much daily basis (Mean Green: granny smith apples, celery, kale, cucumber, lemon). Is the formula different? Instead of making you type everything up, a link where I can read up would work.

Well, that sounds more like Shakeology than R&R formula.

The recovery formula is a drink that's 4 parts carbs to one part protein with dextrose based carbs for glycogen replacement with minimum insulin spike.
