Doc just finished week 5 MMX kicked my arse tonight . I usually have EAS Carbadvant for breakfast a light lunch and another shake as a snack . After protein/vegetable dinner find I get extremely hungry late. Would shakeology help here are is another supplement recommended ? May be time it order some

That would be a great place for shakeology. There really isn't a bad place for it.

Power 90 was so incredibly corny. I almost couldn't make it through the full workouts. Not because they were hard but because my eyes were rolling so much I couldn't see it.

Yea,

I got it probably 5 years ago, right about when P90x started blowing up...the goal was to do power90 then do P90x.

Got halfway through and quit because I got discouraged.

Going to really focus on diet this time around and watch calories.

Never get discouraged, brosef. You get better each time, even when you don't realize it.

I feel a ton more prepared now than when I tried things before. Last time I didnt adjust my diet much, I've been doing research, gonna try shakeology, etc.

In the last month I've focused on cutting down my portion sizes and eliminating soda. My two biggest issues right now. Switched to drinking gatorade, now gonna work on switching to water. Being a lot more conscious about what I eat, actually looking at calories on boxes.

Also, can anybody recommend a good multi-vitamin? I'm a picky eater and miss a ton of the nutrients I need.

That's good, but realize Gatorade has A LOT of sugar in it. Drinking water will do wonders. You have to look at more than just the calories.

If you drink Shakeology, you won't need a multivitamin.

Had to attend a funeral today, I did not do good on my diet. Damn thing was like being at a cook off with everyone seeing who could one up the other.

I start back hard again tomorrow.

Started today. Felt good. Hard to do knee raises with the assistance. Loved the rocking squats.

This will do wonders for core and balance which will aid my running!

That's awesome! Good luck!

I read today that when consuming carbs, you should keep your carb to fiber ratio 5:1 or below. Is this a good rule to follow, anyone?

ETA: So, when reading the labels, if a serving of toast is 20g of carbs to 4g of fiber, that's better than toast that has a ratio of 12g of carbs and 2g of fiber.

I eat Paleo so I just eat whenever I'm hungry. No counting.

During the week I'll be mixing in am cardio with afternoon P90.
