I ordered it for her when it came out. Were on our way back from vacation so we had a few days off. She was in the middle of a 21 day fix round so not sure if she'll wanna finish that or not.
SFP keep checking here. Well keep you accountable and motivated.
For those interested, there's two new products out in addition to piyo. One is a three day fix, sort of a protein cleanse which I'm doing after my vacation to get all the bad food out. The other is P90, which is a much less intense version of P90X for those who aren't ready for that level yet.

I just finished my 90 days of x3, so I thought I'd share my results and thoughts.
First of all, I think my expectations were too high and I set my goals too high. Also, I learned that you can't out-exercise a bad diet.
My starting weight was 201.1. My weight on day 90 was 192.9.
I lost 2 1/2 inches in my waist.
My scale supposedly calculates body fat %, but it is showing that my body fat is higher. That's obviously wrong, as I am much stronger, more muscular, and leaner than before.
I started using My Fitness Pal last week to log calories, and I was shocked at how much I was eating... even though it was less than before.
A friend gave me his Insanity dvd series, and I'm going to do that next, along with a cleaner diet.

Diet is half the formula.
Congratulations!!! You did it!
You're going to make great strides the second time around. I did X2 twice, and I looked different the second time around.

I know that this has been my problem. That being said, I have been on a weight loss/live better regime for the better part of three years. So I am OK with slow and steady.
However, I am glad I am on this program (started Block 3 this week), and plan on doing the Mass Schedule after I finish.

I'd say more than that.
If your body is a well oiled and fine tuned machine, your food is your fuel.
Crappy fuel = crappy workouts = crappy output.
I tried to outwork a bad diet for years before I finally discovered you can't do that.
Fit club again today. Did T25 TBC. I discovered taking about four days off for vacation made me soft.

Pissed off that I couldnt wake up this am to get Vertical Plyo out of the way. Now I'll have to miss the first half of the soccer game.
But I knocked out a bridge run in that heat yesterday with a 8:04 pace!

3 day refresh is a three day cleanse where for three days you drink shakeology, a plant based protein shake, and a fiber drink to flush out all the toxins and bloat out of your system.
Perfect for getting back on track with your diet if you just went a little crazy for a special event like I did.

Will one get the same results with P90x3 as P90x?
Consider one does the same diet for both. I guess I don't know much about P90x3 with regards to how doing 30 minutes less will get same results as an hour.

You will get out of it what you put into it. You will deffinitely get good results with X3 and you can get good results with P90X as well. Will they be exactly the same? There's only one way to know that and that's to do them both. Obviously you wouldn't want to do that yet, so you have to ask yourself what do you want out of your program? If you're really pressed for time most days you'll probably find something g like X3 is better for you. If you don't feel like you can get a good workout in 30 minutes than maybe you should try Xclassic. I can tell you though that you can definitely get a good workout in 30 minutes. It's all about the intensity. Going hard for 30 minutes with little to no breaks is just as if not more effective than hour workouts with breaks sprinkled in all done at lower intensity.

Question about diet. Working of the p90x3 guide, I should be eating 3000 calories a day. I find this to be way to high. I've really been trying to keep my calories under 2400 and have actually been closer to 2200-2000 while still feeling very good. Any reason I should up the intake?
Posted on 7/2/14 at 9:56 pm to Linkovich
If you're trying to gain mass you should up your intake.
If you're trying to lose weight you're probably good where you are.
How big a fella are you?
