Week 1 went better than I had thought. Despite feeling like an idiot for 6 nights in a row, it appears I lost 7 lbs so I'll take it.

This is why I quit drinking during the week. Prolly need to cut it out Fri-Sun too.

I'm only 5 lbs over high school weight but that shite is now in the wrong places. I expect to be 15 less at the end of the 90.

I weigh myself on Friday mornings. Down 5 lbs since starting Asylum! Aiming for 180-185.

Hard not to with all the GD events I've been going to. Probably had 2000 calories in homemade desserts today too. frick.

Sabi, I like the powerblocks bench.

And the Beachbody EZ bar and weights are actually pretty good.

I doubled up Thursday so I could take Friday off and start the next week today. I'm going out of town Thursday-Sunday and don't want to miss any workouts.

got hurt. got busy with life. have probably hit beta 8x since the middle of may

need to get back in the groove

my eating has been solid, #doe. don't really eat candy anymore (outside of some organic dark chocolate). eat a fruit/veggie shake more days than not. not much deep fried food.

I hear ya. I had to quit T25 all together because it was making my plantar fasciitis flare up way too much.


Now I'm back to 21 day fix mealplan and 21 day fix videos.



Dr Tyger....your wife gonna try the new Beachbody program PIYO? I'm considering it since it is supposed to be all low impact but tough.
