how many of these apparent miracle results from ozempic are just side effects of "being obese is really bad for you in lots of indirect and subtle ways"

High BMI is directly linked to lots of cancers. We know this.

Fasting has been used to slow growth of cancers for a long time.

Under GLPs, people don’t eat nearly as much.

Is it the drug, or a side effect of not eating?

Studies are showing it helps slow and/or prevent cancers. The gotcha you were going for isn't there.
