I’m interested in the outcome of this. I think business owners could win if they challenge it.

I’m wondering if their unlicensed bar is because the state isn’t allowing bars like dickhead JBE currently. If they lost it for something else that’s another story

Do as we say when we say it, or else.

Sounds like fascism to me.

Ah, I didn’t read the article, just the copypasta in OP.

I am still curious what will happen if citizens around the country defy unenforceable ordinances that shutter their businesses and livelihoods.

Yeah, they just killed all their elderly in April and May. Maybe they were on to something.

Bars are open in NYC.

The boat just didn't have a liquor license.

Looks like they were peaceably assembling to me.

No obstructing of the public thoroughfare. No disturbing the peace. No use of profanity or disturbing language. No inciting violence. No acts of battery or property damage. No looting or theft. No arson or homicide. Or any other Act of Democratic Party activism to be seen.

And yet, one of these things is deemed to be “constitutionally protected” and the other is not.

If i'm boat owner, I am hanging a banner from the top with #BLM on both sides of my boat.

You're also in the minority. Which is why we have asinine mask mandates that make no rational sense, and people like the owner in the OP getting reported by some jackass sitting in his apartment.

Masks spread it, if you do the actual research on the subject. Sure, masks work in a controlled hospital setting where there is full body coverage, scrubbing in and out, biohazard disposal, proper procedures to put them on and take them off, etc. In the outside world, your mask is going to spread contamination. There are no rules for how long a mask can be worn and nobody scrubs in and out, nobody cares about their clothing and skin, wearing a mask causes you to rebreathe CO2 which decreases PH and in turn makes your body a better host for the virus.

There's plenty of information on this. It's a shame that people simply think about the inhaling and exhaling part and nothing beyond that.
