Your correlation doesn't match with why they're gathering the evidence that the restaurant was trying to obtain. The municipal body is overreaching by having restaurants perform tracking reports on a daily basis is bullshite.
The cowardice of these municpal "leaders" to push off their dirty work on everyone who needs their approval to open their doors isn't going to hold up. If the vendors stand up, then people can see that we don't need the city government officials to tell us what to do.
I mean they're doing all this shite because they are out of money. what do they have?

Let me also add that we need to stop placating these people. One of our favorite restaurants in Bham is doing a temp check and contact tracing bullshite. We haven't been in there and refuse to go there until they stop. Our county has a mandatory face mask requirement. We have been going to the neighboring county whenever possible to do our shopping. Bham will lose a lot of good restaurants and bars before all of this is over........

The be honest, you answer you’re own questions with this statement. The swine was a harder punch but this one is wider spread.. that alone will garner the attention.. unfortunately though.. the combo of our political spectrum and timing have turned this into a political quagmire.

Well right now I'm up to a dozen in my social circle with consistent results across a wide range of age and varying levels of fatness. Forgive me for not believing the shite I am being fed. I haven't seen it and I certainly dont believe the economic and social disruption is anywhere close to worth the perceived benefits we got from it.
