Jackson is somehow overrated as the worst city in the south. If it’s dead last, that’s still too damn high.

Traffic is awful, lots of homeless and high crime areas

I'll upvote Nashville. I don't get the appeal. I went about 8 years ago. Just another big arse city with some bars. Too damn many for my liking. Just don't know where to go.

Any city is gonna to be better before a storm like Katrina lol. But Nola was pretty good when that Katrina money was still flowing and Hollywood setup shop for a little.
