I am looking for a kit that has the hardware and plans and I purchase the lumber. I don't want the metal Arrow version with 10,000 screws. I have looked online but not really seeing anything. Anyone have any ideas?

I've never seen a kit like that. Doesn't quite make sense to me what you are looking for.

Home Depot has an 8x12 that comes with hardware and most of the lumber. I’ve had mine for about 5 years. Good shed that’s pretty easy to put together.

Look for the blue shed kit.

Had this shed also, the only problem I had was the beams on the side of the roof rotting after a year. This can be fixed by using treated 2x4s there instead. Had it up in a weekend. I believe it cost $1000

I bought the 2000 screw and bolt galvanized frame, aluminum exterior 10x12 from Lowes. My son and I built the base of treated pine and slapped it together over a couple of weekends. We took our time and yes, it is a pain with all the screws but we were happy with the result.

Are there really that many dumb asses that can't draw up a simple floor plan to build a shed? WTF young people. Use that thing on your shoulders.
Good God.
And people wonder why our country is going to shite.

Geez man you don't need a kit. All you need is a pencil, paper, and your noggin to knock out a plan.
Here is one I finished recently:

I have some drawings I made for a 12'x20' with a deck floor, how big you looking to build it?

Sometimes you have to build to code if over a certain square footage...

Still shouldn't be a problem.

It is really easy to build a shed. For one thing you can just go to Lowe's or HD and take pictures of theirs. Then copy it.
