That looks great, man.
Gonna be absolutely perfect for a mid-late September CFB cookout.

How's your tv holding up to the humidity?

I'll be grilling chicken and beef fajitas tomorrow evening and then jumping in the pool.
Saturday, grilled steaks and the pool.
Sunday, who knows.
But whatever you decide to do in terms of fit and finish, enjoy it ... because it won't be cheap!

I build outdoor kitchens all across Houston. Let me know if you would like my contact info. I would be happy to design something for you.
Thanks for the offer. This is an old thread and we finished our project back in April.

Did you ever post any pics of how it came out?

fwiw..I sold high end outdoor kitchens in Tampa last 10 years..u-line only ice machine (clear ice) that I had confidence would hold up in Florida climate and perform to specs...Alfresco imo best (but pricey) grill ...again for Florida climate...don't skimp on the ventilation or you will end up with black (smoke covered) back wall...Tradewinds brand for outdoor use is best dollar value....go 6 inches wider on hood than grill width..maximum 30" from bottom of hood to grill surface..
edit
Oops..just saw project already completed..

A cousin of mine has a setup similar to this.
The back porch is covered by the roof, which has a TV under it then maybe 30 ft from the back porch he has another structure that is the outdoor kitchen. He doesn't everything you see in the picture in terms of appliances, but it is a covered area that also has a TV, about 1/4 of it is open area, but he also has an opening in the wall by the grill.
Also,if you plan on putting a TV in it, according to the person doing his electrical, Vizio is a brand that is good for withstanding weather the best.

Where is the best place to get a stainless hood for ventilation?

Very nice...I'm doing to do something similar to what you did on the right side...no kitchen or kegerator but add covered space. Looks real good.

No problems.
They are standard Samsung TV's purchased from Costco. The extended warranties from Costco are so good that I couldn't justify the cost of an outdoor/all weather TV.
They are kept covered when not being used. The covers are very easy to take off and put back on.
Both have Apple TV's and cable boxes connected to them and haven't had problems with any of the equipment.
LINK to Cover Store where we bought the covers.

Very nice. My wife and I are thinking about doing the same thing, but our budget isn't as hefty as yours. We can only sink $20-25K into this project. I'm going to start a dedicated thread for my own project so I won't hijack yours. Great job on your project though. It looks very nice

And I only want to spend about half that, but I don't want the kitchen.

Yeah, my outdoor shower used to do that.
It would unfreeze and be a fire hydrant.

Have you found someone yet to do what you are looking for within your price range?

Since October. Went through some rough weather and found water on the exterior but the interior wasn't even damp.
