Just make your own.
Put down brick or gravel.
Get a metal trough, or build one with brick.
Make sure there's vents in the bottom.
That's it.

I got one at Buc-ee's as a gift. We love it.

I got mine from a welder. It's made out of an old propane tank. It'll last way longer than any cheap shite you buy at a box store.
This is very similar to mine...

I'm having a screened in porch in my new place - anyone have experience with ethanol burning fire pits

shouldn't a fire pit be vented a little from underneath?

Why not just build a dam fire on the ground? Hell, cavemen did.

Fire pits are cool, but if you want to smell less like smoke, get something with a chimney

Just start the fire directly on your patio. Soak the wood down with kerosene first so that the rising vapors will keep the flames moving upward

Its nice b.c it keeps the smoke out of your eyes but it doesn't keep you as warm as an open one.
