I just saw $6.50 here in Houston. That’s fricking nuts. That’s at least $3000 in fuel from now to February for the hunts I will make.

Yeah the deer are gonna get corn rations this year. Hit $6.49 locally to me. My niece has an older dually that gets 10 mpg. No clue how she's affording it.

One station out of diesel isn't a problem.
Many stations without diesel is a problem.
There is no shortage of diesel this week. High prices will keep that in check.
They may have some owners that can't float the price of a truck to refill their tanks. That would get wild.

I’ll still feed but may drive my Tesla and have 6000lbs of corn delivered to my ranch and store it in my shop. Problem is rats will tear that shite up.

The robot mowers are paying for themselves at the moment.
They are saving me about 100 a month in fuel, and I'm just refusing to bush hog until further notice.

I sprayed 350 acres and cut way back on the diesel
about another 200 acres to go but already have the diesel. We ain’t mowing shite but it’s super dry just need to cut some small mesquite so it doesn’t get out of control.

It's a combination of stupidity. 4ft mower. The big Briggs motor that drinks fuel faster than the Kawasaki. Bahia. Mulching blades. Ag tires.

Seems that operation likes to be the only gas at the interchange where they build. Not like they seem to have the cheapest gas with that kind of short range monopoly power.
