The thc gummies have been a game changer. I take a low dose amount but i tried even prescription meds and they are ok but didn’t really work that well for me.

I actually sleep well again with the gummies

Pls make sure it’s indica. And has a buffer. I’ve been doing various for 4-5 years. Osteoarthritis in the hips. The CBD and THCP work well together. I do the Sativa during the day. 1/2 in the morning and then 1/2 at noon ish. The only caution is that if you take too much it will cause restlessness.

Yeah man! Need to do something. I didn’t realize it, but 30 years ago I married a grizzly bear. I can get to sleep, but staying there has been a challenge.

shite. I’ve been taking zzzquil regularly for a couple of years. Now I see Diphenhydramine is one of the drugs that’s linked to dementia. I guess I’ll stop that asap.

I have some melatonin and lavender chewies, also under the zzzquil brand, that I may try.

Very concerned now…

ETA: I’m under 40. Am I fricked?

A buddy of mine told me what the Dr prescribed for him. Said he’s been rested better than he’s ever been in his life. I looked at the prescription, told him don’t take more than one. He tells me, he doesn’t that them, he slips them in his wife’s food!

I tried OTC sleep meds and I hated the way I felt when I woke up. Made feel like I was drunk when I woke up and I would in a daze for a couple of hours.

And don’t stare at your phone before bed. But if this all doesn’t work I bought a bottle of the generic blue sleeping pills from Costco a few years ago. The pills are tiny but you still only need 1/3 of one to sleep through the night. You’ll still feel a little sluggish when you wake up but if you force yourself up you’ll be fine in a few minutes.

Here’s a pic

holy basil may help you sleep by acting as an adaptogen that helps the body manage stress, which can lead to improved sleep quality. Studies have shown that holy basil extract can lower stress-related markers like cortisol and improve subjective measures of sleep quality

I cant decide if that’s diabolical or genius… im just picturing all those kids lining up to take the chocolate shots à la Jim Jones with the Koolaid .

I was taking Zzzquil regularly when I believe I read about the correlation on here about a year ago and stopped then.

I would definitely stop taking regularly now of course.

Get a sleep mask. Blocks out all the light. Get a good one that’s comfortable. Try this before medication.
