e beer. When I want to get to 8% for summer
That is my problem.
You have to understand what you're doing.
If you want to indulge, you owe. I see it like a credit card. I have a beer (credit) that means i have to fricking run (pay) to keep the balance where I want it.
I could NOT drink beer, but that would be fricking miserable.

i think its laughable that you think steroids make you some super human over night and make up for a shitty diet and plan. they don't work like that.
I have seen plenty of people take them and just get fat. Not saying they don't work because I have seen guys get on them and become monsters and get lean and crazy looking but its still takes tons of work.
But I do agree most of these actors are juicing but for many its the illusion. Zach is 160 or so pounds in that picture, just lean as hell. He also has almost no lower body mass, his back is not thick at all so all his muscle is in his shoulders(especially width) in the arms, upper chest and back width to give the V-taper. he has an extremely small waste also.
now many do take hgh to keep a youthful appearance and I am certain many of the drastic changes are from PEDs. But again if you had access to the best trainers, best chef/nutritionist and were motivated as frick with that much on the line I am sure you could make drastic changes also. Add to the fact that it helps when you only job is to eat your prepared food, sleep an arse ton, and workout.
These trainers aren't trying to make him gain 20lbs of muscle they are trying to give the illusion that they have gained that much while being ripped as frick.
the tnation guys posted what they had bradley cooper do. he was lifting heavy as hell, eating an arse ton and he was ingesting peptopro protein around the clock pretty much. Might as well had an IV with protein in his arm. The supplements alone were thousands a month. Now did he take steroids too? I dunno but I know it sure as hell helps either way when you can afford to have that much food, train 2 to 3 times a day while doing nothing but sleeping between sessions and have that kind of supplement stack.

Loose a bunch of weight by intermittent fasting, bulk up for 2 months, then fast for another month. So no.

the regime
its crazy. They didn't want him to have any mistakes so instead of just shipping him the supplements in powder form, they had them custom made as ready to drink. They had him taking 5 servings of the peptopro protein with high carb drink and another 4 of the peptopro low carb drink. On workout days he was getting upto 150g of protein from the peptpro alone. No normal person could afford that shite.
He worked out twice a day with 4 days lifting until like the last 6 weeks it was 3 sessions a day. they made him sleep when not in the gym.
Im not motivated enough to do all that but if somebody was willing to pay 15mil to do it, I would be a hibernating son of a bitch.

all my comments is based on no illegal stuff cause thats all i can speak about.
is it obtainable? absolutely. reasonably attainable 8%. I don't think I'd go that far.
can everyone obtain it no. Not everyone has the genetics and that alone can make it 10x more difficult than the next person. Some people are naturally lean and have problems putting on mass and some are the exact opposite.
having a family and a job is not an excuse or reason why it can't be achieved. Its not even a legitimate reason to say that it makes it harder.
It takes hard freakin work and dedication. The people that strive for that level actually enjoy the challenge. You almost have to.
And I always hear "i can look like that but i like beer too much".. Well before you say that i'd like to see you get there first.
Not too many people period walk around sub 8% all year long for years and years. Sub 8 is ripped. But its not cause they have a family and a job. They don't have the will and desire to put in the work for it. And there are people that do and do put in the work and still won't hit those numbers.

Bradley Cooper looked fat in that movie
Posted on 4/29/16 at 3:19 pm to RedRifle
Not gay but WHI. What body fat % do y'all think that is?
Posted on 4/29/16 at 3:20 pm to SabiDojo
because he kind of was. He was trying look like the real guy. so not only did he put on an arse ton of muscle he put on a lot of fat too. I read something like even his cardio sessions were more like pulling heavy arse sleds very slowly or flipping really crazy heavy tires.
but if he would have wanted to stay big like that he could have easily has the trainers/supplement guy/nutritionist etc tweak things to get him ripped as shite while maintaining all the muscle he put on.
I believe he completely stopped working out though and lost everything.

exactly. The shite like $3 or $4/serving and he was drinking 8 servings a day plus protein bars with the same mix plus the other supplements plus the crazy amounts of food they had him eating.
Posted on 4/29/16 at 3:23 pm to lsu777
yeah that is a lot work to look like every other guy at the gym that work outs regularly but doesn't eat clean

Posted on 4/29/16 at 3:26 pm to lsu777
I don't do any cardio. None.
