Call me sexist but I think she sounds kind of dumb when she debates. I agree with 99% of what she says but she sounds like one of those middle aged housewives that try to sound smart by talking about politics.

Become a personal trainer. You'll see your fair share of attractive/thin white women. You may see some good looking Asian/Latinas/Black women as well. Pretty much guaranteed unless you work at a Planet Fitness.

There's a few near Dallas. Imagine the LSU diary store, just all over the plains states.

Basically laid the foundation for the modern middle class. He thought free markets actually lead to less inequality and he turned out correct.

Do any of ya'll have experience with this service. I have bought some index etfs with Chuck before and a rep from the Austin office told me to give it a try. I do not like having too much international exposure and that is what generally turns me off of Betterment and Wealthfront.

re: What are some asinine city rivalries across the country?
Posted by hillcountrywanderer on 7/26/16 at 4:23 pm to Paul Allen
Every time I mention a random city in Texas to someone from Nola I always get the "no culcha" response. Never got that, I guess a lot of it comes from their insecurity due to Houston or Dallas' economic superiority.

Once every couple of years. My parents are still alive so once they die I will go more often than that. I usually go when I go to my old hometown for Christmas.

She is without a doubt one of the ugliest women in politics. Instant boner repellent.
re: Why Summer jobs don't pay for school
Posted by hillcountrywanderer on 7/26/16 at 4:05 pm to Martini
Summer jobs for me was an insurance. Without TOPS, I would of likely had to take way more debt or lived with my parents. The summer jobs paid my big expenses. I took out one loan for $4500 my last summer because it took me a little longer than 8 semesters to graduate. I graduated in 07.

I had a couple of summer jobs that paid for my rent for most of the year. Still had to work restaurant/internships/student jobs to pay for groceries, insurance, and booze.

I've never actually been inside the city of Lake Charles in about 15 years. The only time I get off the interstate is to go to Darrels.
Anybody hear about BLM protestors throwing urine at the Cleveland police?

Heard it through Twitter, just wanted to know if anyone else heard anything.

I used to substitute teach when I first got into real estate and was in a pinch due to a bad month. I also sold merchant services as an independent agent for a year and did pretty well with it. Find some independent sales jobs and hustle. Between that, real estate, and subbing I did ok.

San Antonio and Corpus Christie are the only acceptable answers.
re: Is Chicago the most dangerous city to live in.
Posted by hillcountrywanderer on 7/19/16 at 9:07 pm to tduecen
The Southside is definitely one of the worst neighborhoods in America. Chicago is so big though that its overall rate is actually lower than Detroit, Nola, and St. Louis (these three cities all have one thing in common).
