well i believe he was 40lbs skinnier before that. I know why he had to/wanted to look like that but frick that. Rather spend that money getting ripped and little bigger then big and fat(normal looking)
he did get strong as hell though and the workout scene from the picture above was real weights.

I hate it. I really do.
But, it's weird. I'll play soccer and basketball all day, even though I haven't played in a while.
I just hate doing traditional workout cardio.

I looked better than that by eating what a burger double doubles and squatting and deadlifting heavy for a few months. Damn.

it's the worst. it really is.
But summer is almost here and the running is required....

Same here. If I do liss, can't stay on the the same machine for more than ten minutes. I like doing hiit, makes me feel some athletic and feel like I accomplished something.

Honestly, for me, I'm already so lean I can just cut and look pretty ripped.

This is me too. I jump rope a little, but unless I'm actually playing a sport or something similar, I cannot stand doing traditional cardio workouts.

I guess. I'd rather look bigger.

I might run 15 miles in the morning just for fun

fact. why must it be so hard to be both

I'm about 40 and basketball is roughly 75% of my cardio. I've started doing a few other things in my older age, including the Les Mills BodyAttack classes. Those classes have made me feel quicker and more explosive when playing sports. They are also about 70% female, which is a good ratio so I don't feel like I'm the only guy in a cardio class.

That's the thing about not needing approval from guys that walk around at 8% all year. You want to see pics of my kids and their new water guns? Or pics of my guns? Life is about priorities. At 3:45 I'm happy where I am. Don't need to look like you guys. And before you ask or say it,yes. I'm in the shade posting while my kids play.

frick that. I ran enough miles in the first quarter of my life to last the rest

see?
I feel the same about counting macros as you guys feel about running
