OT men: Short or Tall women?

I'm 5'6, my wife (no pics) is almost 6 foot tall. I've never had a complex about dating a taller woman, but throughout my life I've noticed some men, not all, do have issues with dating a taller woman. Is it because of insecurities? Why is it such a turn off for some men?
Which do you prefer, short or tall? Or doesn't even really matter?

It's not insecurity, although maybe it would be if she was REALLY tall. It's more that I just associate short girls with being more feminine, whether that is fair or not. I'd probably date a girl who was a little taller, I don't think it'd bother me.

When it comes to dating I'm into taller chicks for some reason. All of my actual girlfriends (and current main) have been around 5'7"-5'9"ish.

) and my wife is 5'9. I sometimes get a little bothered by the height difference. Can't imagine a 6 inch difference between the two of us. I mean, if that's what you both want and are happy with, then awesome. Good to see short guys reeling in good ones.
