Or just say you have asthma, forgot your inhaler at home and wearing a mask obstructs your ability to breath.

The site you are using does not have the whole law. There is an exception for wearing a mask for medical purposes.

Congratulations, you now employ people who have preexisting medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a mask. If ever questioned, which is highly unlikely, just have them hide behind HIPPa
