The legal term is "irreconcilable dishes"

Pics of dishwasher (1) loaded by you and (2) loaded by the wife? For comparison purposes.

I'd rather a pic of his wife loaded.

As grounds for a divorce? My wife (no pics) can't do it to save her life.

who gives a shite if she's properly trained to unload it as well.

This complaint is so common yet it still seems so pedantic to me. My uncle used to come home from work and inspect the dishes in the dishwasher and if they weren't just so, my cousin's would catch hell. After about the 3rd day in a row of getting it wrong, I told them to just unload it before he gets home. Suddenly this apparent big deal was nonexistent.

Careful.

She may counter claim your inability to have the toilet paper face the correct direction, your inability to put the toilet seat down, your inability to put stuff back in the refrigerator and pantry in the correct way.

My dad doesn't care. He never washed a dish in his life. He told me once that mom doesn't mess with the tractor and he doesn't touch the dishwasher. Maybe that is how to avoid divorce.

Sometimes my wife pisses me off, but after reading the shite y’all complain about here, I realize I hit the jackpot. I haven’t loaded a dishwasher or washed dishes since we started dating.

How wealthy is your wife though

Independently? Very. She likes taking care of our family she says

To be fair, that’s all she does as far as household chores goes. Our maid does everything else like laundry, cleaning, etc.

My wife is terrible at loading it, and I've heard from other men that their wives are terrible at it. This lead me down a rabbit hole one night on spatial reasoning skills in males vs females.

It turns out that males are statistically better than females at spatial reasoning. The debate seems to come from whether this a natural phenomenon or cultural phenomenon. I'm not a scientist, but from my reading, it seems to be from both. Males are only naturally slightly better at it as toddlers. By the time they're 8-9, they are significantly better at it.

How many of us had legos growing up? Most boys and not any girls. This seems to be where the debate comes in. Are boys naturally drawn to those types of toys because of their innate ability? Or do those toys affect the growth of our brain and increase our spatial reasoning capacity?

It's all pretty interesting, but at the end of the day, my wife can't load a dishwasher for shite.

I'm confused. Why do you have a dishwasher and a wife?

Grounds for divorce right here. It just doesn't make any sense logically

My wife will load all the silverware facing downwards, thank god. But she haphazardly puts the plates all over the place in the bottom rack instead of lining them up nicely starting in the back left corner of the rack, and that alone just pisses me off

Maybe. I mostly just avoid trying to understand her reasoning. It’s working out pretty good so far

Probably the most boring OT thread in history that involves "wives" "loads" and "rack"
