There are 3 yellow light reflections on the left side of the top Windows in the news rooms picture, not yours. There are 2 lights above chimes in the newsroom pictures, not yours. The light is reflected off the light in the window just to the left of the door on the newsroom picture: not yours.
Those are reflections off of OP’s TV, dumbass

I thought you meant it was a pic of you. WWL in New Orleans used a video of me teaching EVERY time they mentioned education. It was obviously me cuz of my hair and they showed my face.
They didnt ask me to sign anything. They chose my class cuz my class was pretty damned amazing with all my stuff in it.
This went on for 10 years and even strangers recognized me, dammit.

Does your wife's boyfriend know you started this thread? Don't you have some cleanup duties right about now?

There was a film company that paid me $50 to use this image in a film on Discovery ID. It was a murder case that the people were at the Chimes. They ended up not using it but paid me for it (guess it got cut)

Well, here’s the thing... WBRZ should not have used your photograph without your permission because it’s your intellectual property and they are a for-profit enterprise. Ethically, they should also have credited you. Fair use is a hard sell here because the photo is the whole work, not a portion, and it appears to be the main graphic of the story.
How did they get your hands on your photograph anyhow? This question actually matters. If you had posted it in a website that you own, then your website’s copyright covers you. If you posted it somewhere else, then it gets more complex.
Long story short, though... aside from calling the newsroom and telling them to stop using it, you’re going to get little to no satisfaction. There’s no real damage or quantifiable profit from the story that you can claim as your own. It’s impossible to calculate the worth of one news story in a 30 minute newscast.
So my advice is to just drop the issue. If it bothers you that much, tell the news director to stop using your photo, and train his producers on how to use borrowed images.
