OT Lawyers - WBRZ illegally used my photograph on the news

They just did a story about The Chimes on the noon news. They used this photo in the story, a photograph I took about 5 years ago.

Yes, that doesn't give them permission to use it, especially since they had to go to my page to get it

That’s literally the first photo that pops up in a google images when you type in Chimes Baton Rouge.

I don't see any type of trademark on the photo. Unless they cropped it out, but it's a picture that anyone could have taken.

That's not how it works. Anyone can grab the photo, no one can take it the photo and use it for republication, which they did
