It’s the same picture. You can tell by the flyer debris on the signal pole.

HE BOUGHT A CAMERA AND EQUIPMENT AND MADE A WEBSITE. Like every other soccer mom in the world that has done that he is now a professional photographer. How insensitive of you!

No they didn't.
There are 3 yellow light reflections on the left side of the top Windows in the news rooms picture, not yours.
There are 2 lights above chimes in the newsroom pictures, not yours.
The light is reflected off the light in the window just to the left of the door on the newsroom picture: not yours.
Not the same picture, sorry

FYI, if you are truly worried about republication of your photos that you post online there are a lot of services out there that specialize in content management and seeing that you get paid when someone uses your work. They will also try to push your work to people to use so you make more money. You should use one of those instead of complaining when your random photo pops up for 10 seconds on a local news broadcast.
