MORNINGS:
Monday & Tuesday
Squats/Deads & Bench/OHP
-> Keep it heavy, no more than 5 reps, at the end 1 drop set to body weight and 15 reps on no rest.

Wed/Thurs/Fri
complimentary work.
--> All reps at least 8, most in the 10-14 range. Limited rest, quick action, fopcus on speed and form.

Sat
--> Arms and core

Sun
--> Yoga

EVENINGS:
Mon- Plyo
Tues - Run
Wed - Core
Thurs - Run
Fri - Drink Booze
Sat - Run
Sun - Run

So you'll quit doing a routine you enjoy that is actually meant to get a good total body workout in a short period of time just because you cant do it in a class with other people? Why dont you just continue to do crossfit workouts by yourself on your own time and start writing your own routines?

I'd have to get my own garage gym which I'm not ready to do just yet. I can't go throwing weights around in my normal gym. Those octagon plates are shite for cleans and snatches.

Start lifting heavy and do strongman!
However, it is difficult to find a gym with the equipment, depending on where you live.

Ive started to emom all my lifts except when im doing squats,deads and heavy bench.

Been getting great pumps so far and have added size in only 2 weeks

Crawfish Aquatics has a class at 5:30 every morning. Very challenging cardio, endurance, functional movement, circuit, etc.
