24k gallons of jet fuel probably disagrees with you and the controlled demolition theory is beyond stupid

Does anybody know what's the highest floor someone successfully escaped from?

By far the craziest story is of Pasquale Buzzelli, he says he was on the 22nd floor when the north tower collapsed.
I only learned of Pasquale’s story this year.
I remember a thread years ago here, maybe ‘05 or ‘06 talking about a guy riding down some floors. I wonder if that “rumor” of a guy riding down and surviving was spun out of Pasquale’s real story. Crazy.
And to the OP, the chiefs’ general opinion at the time of first response was to save as many below the impact, as there was nothing they could do for people above the impact zone. They sadly could only let it burn up above the zone and try to save the lower portions.

Exactly what they were doing: Grab a bunch of hose and start climbing stairs. There is a fire department connection to the water in every high rise. It's the oy way to get water high enough to put out the fire unless you fly over it which would do nothing for a fire on the interior of a building.

He, Brian Clark, talks about his experience often. Here's a link to a talk he gave on the 10th anniversary. I haven't watched it yet, but when I read that he never turns down a request to speak I checked YouTube to see if any of his talks had been posted.

Apparently Leslie Robertson (RIP) carried an enormous amount of guilt from the collapse even though it wasn’t his fault.

Because you idiots don’t question. You question.. you get answers… you persist in the idiocy. “Butbutbutbutbutbutbut..”
The World Trade Center buildings were constructed where most of the support is on the exterior walls. There were then support columns in the center. When the planes hit, it immediately destroyed or compromised nearly half of the exterior structure. Immediately. Along with damaging the interior columns. The interior beams were damaged in the same direction the planes entered and demolished the exterior structure. That left the rest of the structure supporting a lot of dead weight in directions it wasnt meant to support while being buffeted by winds.
“BUT jET FUeL CanT meLT STeAL BEeeMs!1!1!1”
They don’t have to melt them moron. They heat them up and make them more malleable. You know fire is how steel is shaped don’t you? It doesn’t melt into a puddle, it softens and bends.
In EVERY video of the collapse you can see it begin where the exterior support is most vulnerable. Every single one.
Now let’s test that against your idiot theories…… they worked out a genius plan to run explosives up to the exact floor where planes traveling 500 to 600 mph would hit with absolute precision. Then they paid off hundreds of people that were supposed to be on these planes to remain completely silent and not cash in on hundreds of millions of dollars that could be received for exposure of the plan. And also… a chain of command agreed fully and completely to fire some kind of missile more powerful than a cruise missile into the home base of military operations of the U.S. with zero restraint or question. And they also have remained silent.
Oh and don’t forget the flight in PA they just crashed for the fun of it.
And they went through allllll the trouble to fabricate all of these interviews to support.
And they felt so confident about it… they sent Bush off to Florida, away from where he would need to be if the plan went a little wrong.
And #2 is your choice.
No wonder this country is going to shite.

You think some fuel sources might burn a little hotter than the material that the building was constructed with?
Don't turbofans burn high grade kerosene? That burns hotter than gasoline, doesn't it?

Regular fire and fire from jet fuel does not get hot enough to melt steel
Correct, but it can make it hot enough to bend. You should really do some research before saying some stupid comment that has been discussed thousands of time.

quote:Steel will expand 1 inch for every 10 feet at about 1100 degrees in addition to becoming a softer, more pliable metal. That's why you see larger vessels with "saddles" to keep them from bending as the heat increases.
And yes, buildings can collapse even when built out of steel due to the weakening of the steel if exposed to high temperatures for long periods of time, especially when floors above the fire floor are putting lots of weight on the steel beams.

There had never been a structure like WTC that collapsed before. They did eventually realize it could very well collapse but by then it was too late. There’s video of an engineer telling the fire chief the building could very collapse bc of how it seemed to be folding in. And as he’s saying that the chief looks up and the building starts to collapse.
Was all on the 60 minutes special the other night. Worth the watch. It was all about the firefighters.

when heated steal becomes pliable. it doesn't need to melt to bend. once it bends it loses integrity. I really wish the "jet fuel doesn't melt steal" people would educate themselves.
