Optimus Prime has the advantage in size and weaponry. He's also killed Megatron on multiple occasions, along with many of the worst Decepticons. Hulk's biggest accomplishments were reached with help from The Avengers.

I guess I will put in my two cents, since I started the thread.
I say Hulk wins. One good punch to the chest, crushing his power, or since Prime is just steel, Hulk rips him to shreds. I just don’t know what the flaming sword would do to the Hulk.
