what is the legal basis of your conclusion, counselor?
why is this unconstitutional?
You have any cases in support of that conclusion?

I was thinking about the SWB turbine and electrical upgrades or things like the airport build and eventual old terminal redo.

Destroya doesn’t give a shite about the Constitution. It’s her rules and she’s going to run run things as she sees fit.
This has been proven over and over since last year. There has been little to no real resistance, and authorities all over the country at every level have acted with impunity. Why would she stop now?

Would the pumps which remove water from New Orleans be considered infrastructure? I hope they can’t find a soul willing to work on them.

I realize that. But it’s still an inside infrastructure project is it not?

All infrastructure projects that are inside

I guess you are correct. I was thinking about roadway projects.
The horrible part is that all of the roadway projects that are going on right now are monies from Katrina. Those federal funds have a deadline of 12/31/22 (I think). Meaning latoya is going to stop ongoing work, and the city will lose the unused federal Katrina funds.

Supreme Court has already ruled it is legal since you can opt out of working there

How is it constitutional? The proponents of constitutionality can cite US Supreme Court precedent on their side - the 1905 Jacobson case backing up mandatory smallpox vaccines. The legal theory was that the requirement was allowed under the state's constitutional police power.
I am not saying I like it or agree with it, but that is the answer.

It would be interesting if someone filed a Quo Warranto action against her and made them show the authority upon which their orders are based.

What vaccinations were required before this for city employees, contractors, vendors, & consultants were required (by law or contract)?
How is a vaccine using a EUA fit within prior definition of vaccination that probably focused on ones approved through the standard approval process?
