Your employer can require you to dye your hair blue as a condition of employment.

You don't have to get the vaccine, just find another place to work which doesn't require it.

You can request an accommodation based upon religious beliefs, and their accommodation will be unpaid leave, which is completely legal.

The CNO will no doubt say that they don't want their projects and the people working on them to spread the disease, say it will slow productivity with people out sick, contribute to further restrictions, etc.

EEOC issued guidance a while back.

The Sheriff's office required 100% vaccination in February. The one suit against it was dismissed in a few weeks.

The best challenge anyone could mount against it is through civil service, saying the board should have to approve /pass a rule, but that wouldn't ultimately be successful.

So the airport (MSY) is city property...they gonna make every vendor, employee, contractor etc show proof of vaccination or they're fired...what about the pilots and flight attendants???

I cant wait to see how this plays out....they might as well ground every flight

Looks like the scope is limited to "infrastructure projects"

Just think of all those poor young men coming across the border they just want to work. She's surpressing their new constitutional rights and of course they didn't bring covid.

Yes, but pilots aren't working on that project.

That may have to be passed by the aviation board.
