I honestly cannot keep up any more.
Don't want to see a police dog biting black people? Easy solution: do more to keep black people from breaking the law.

She was, however, named for Chief Justice Roger B. Taney, also from Maryland, who wrote the majority opinion in the Dred Scott case and who is a controversial figure.
So, the folks in Baltimore decided to take the name off the ship, because that will somehow make everything better.
