And that’s not the part of Florida Blvd by downtown that’s a narrow undivided 4 lane. The 12000 block is between Sherwood and Flannery that’s wide 4 lane with a big median, service roads and big ditches on each side.

Reminds me that old old Dave Chappelle stand up about pulling up to the corner in the ghetto and seeing a baby standing there at 3AM.

Must have been a vehicle broken down for a kid to be in the middle of the road on that stretch of Florida where there are 2 service roads on either side of the road.
