$5K reward when over 400 guns were stolen. You ain't getting any snitches for that kinda change.

100% it is gang related, and probably with Chicago ties

. Gangs from Chicago have been up and down I-55 and Illinois Highways breaking into pawn shops, gun stores, etc to get more weapons on the streets.
