Travel around the world with my girlfriend, marry her in Paris, then make it a point to have sex in as many countries countries as possible until I die.
If I didn't have a girlfriend, I'd still travel the world. Stay in as many different countries as possible before I croak. And despite your rule, frick as many women (possibly strippers) as possible. What's the point of having $1M and a year to live if you can't tap some poon on your way out.

Travel the world, but aim for mostly the small villages and rural areas to get more of a native culture experience instead of the modernized cities. And get laid all around the world during my travels

To be honest, drugs and women would be the first 2 things I'd spend it on.
