No one knows what he admitted to, if anything.
He very well may have, but I don’t trust a company trying to score PR points and manage the message.

Do you think OLOL employs only doctors, nurses, nuns and fundraisers? I’m willing to bet the have in-house counsel and an outside law firm, probably on retainer, for more complex issues. It’s possible that the press releases violated libel or slander laws, but I seriously doubt it. The statements and information released were almost certainly reviewed by legal staff before being issued. If Funes didn’t want people talking shite about him, he should have just keep cashing his substantial paychecks and never started stealing from a fricking CHILDRENS HOSPITAL foundation!

So I guess it’s ok for someone to slander a man and say he stole from kids because of drugs or Gambling or some other such thing but it’s not ok to speculate maybe people don’t know the whole story
Exactly how stupid are you? At least you went back and got rid of most of your mind garbage. I am going to try and explain this to you.
Stating that you are curious if he possibly had an unknown drug problem, or gambling debts is different than saying "I know that fricker was getting that money funneled through him to athletes. And OLOL knew about it so they are guilty as homemade sin too."
You were slandering a lot of people and institutions. It is cute that you think deleting it makes it go away.
Do you understand the difference now?

The OLOL Foundation source told press that he admitted to it. That is not a confession. That is hear say.

You seem to know this guy. What do you think he did with the money, if he did, in fact, misappropriate several hundred thousand dollars?

I heard he put it in a high yield savings account.

I know David, which is how I know where he does/does not work. I have never met his twin.

I am serious. Let's take it on its face since OLOL and Hillar Moore both said it, that several hundred thousand dollars were misappropriated. The same people on here that say he is a great guy also say there is no way it went to Tiger expenditures.
Where did it go, what was it being used for? Usually in an embezzlement case, it is pretty easy to find the fruits of the crime. Is he driving a Porsche, have a stable of horses, helicopter, multi-million dollar estate?

I wish TD had spell check.
Your errors: it's, misappropriate, Porche.
You're really not hooked on phonics, are you?

Wait someone else said he had his kids in private school those things add up to real dollars
Posted on 11/11/18 at 9:33 pm to coachgeaux
The salary that was reported seems in line with a private school. His house can't be that fancy, because that jackass reporter was able to walk right up to his side door. Also, he is obviously not spending it on security.
