Apparently, she was screwing around with Harry Styles behind Sudeikis's back.

I saw this, apparently Sudeikis claims he didnt know when she would be served the papers.. makes sense since that sort of timing is usually determined by the process servers, but who knows.. All i know is that, even though she is starting to age a little bit- Olivia Wilde is still a beautiful looking woman .

I dont see how it could have been on purpose.. ive never served papers to anyone (#humblebrag), but i dont think you can tell them exactly when and where to serve them.. i think people just like to automatically assume the worst, and it makes for a salacious headline .

With all due respect that is hogwash. You have a non-married relationship long term, two kids, one of the partners screwing around, now custody proceedings...

I'm sure the just knew their progressive ways would shield them from the things that happen to married couples. They wanted to be "different" or "forward-thinking" and now they have crashed and burned trying to raise two children, yet the entire world now gets to see the bitter end of it.
