Serious question. Where are the kids supposed to go for spring break now?

Where we went 25 years ago. A shitty motel that isn't inside neighborhood.

I have a friend that owns a VRBO in PCB. He absolutely picks and chooses who he rents to.

I live around the corner from that house. It's not as bad as one would think. We get more shite in the summer from 30 family members packing into one house than we do with the spring breakers.

Well for one I didn’t know you could call the cops and they would come and clean the place for you.

I had to think on that one "is that a lot"? Sounds like they had a pretty good time.

First time I witness grown arse adults get evicted was in Watersound. They probably had about 30 in a big arse house. Must have been at least 10 babies as well. They setup a tent city on the beach.

Or, rent your place out at a premium for that week and use the funds to finance its purchase

If it's your primary residence, use said funds to pick a travel location yearly at that time.

No different than what many in NO do during Mardi Gras

It seems that it is the owners of said properties that should be the focus of the neighbors, not the renters. And I say that within reason, understanding that underage Spring Breakers are going to push any limit you determine to be fair.

Personally, FL doesn't attract me as a destination anymore, but then again, Spring Break shenanigans rarely do at my age. It would delight me if FL lost all of its travel revenue and became only old, Yankee people's parents retirement homes.

They close off a segment of the beach when it gets past a certain time at night because there were too many instances of fights breaking out on the beach
I know that and completely get it

I’m just curious if there are any beach towns that actually accommodate a traditional college spring break scene

Like I said I get why these municipalities are doing it but it’s sad that we’re starting to lose another sacred American institution

You might find a little leniency here and there, but I doubt any town is going to overtly market that it's cool to come drink underage and party like it's 1999.

The cruise lines have the same proble. I’ve sworn off cruises during spring break. Little bastards max out their cards and cash, boat forces everyone to remain onboard until they cover their bill. Screw that, arrest then hold them until Mommy and Daddy come to pay their debt plus court costs.

You’re not fooling me. George Goldston? Come on! You may as well have said George Glass.

We all know it was George Golding, son or nephew of the Head Coach. That Golding family are some wild ones. Someone was paid off…..
