Portions of that music video were filmed in the " Crack Shack" house by the Square that a few posters on here used to live at... said one day they came home and all these random people were in the house dancing and filming a rap video.

It's really simple. The app should turn green when the driver is within say 10 feet of you. Until then it's red. Don't get in any car until it turns green. It's simple when everything is run by GPS.
Frick trying to read license plates and identify cars, I agree drunk kids aren't going to do it. I mean you can do that too if you want, but let's make it more simple and easy to use.
It doesn't have to be complicated

Yeah, at some point you have to take responsibility for your own safety. If the plate doesn’t match, don’t get in the fricking car.

I graduated from State in 09 and had a group of buddies that I graduated HS with at Ole Miss at the same time. We used to go visit them pretty frequently. My gf at the time was a KD at ole miss and I remember hearing that one when we would go visit those clowns

Shot 8 times suggests anger. It suggests someone she knew.
Granted: she could have turned down the Uber driver's advances and he snapped.
But she also could have met up with an ex or a fellow classmate who was obsessed and she rebuffed him.
That makes more sense than a fake Uber.
