I remember one time MFP had to get off the phone to feed the cats.

probably because buddy would let him guest host but josh would trash him on here

and I think he also got mad when josh guest hosted once and it became a show of nothing but people prank calling josh

in buddy's prime, they let him be one of the coaches in the lsu spring game. him being close to the team like that had him saying that it was the best lsu team he's ever seen....they ended up having a very meh season.

They let buddy see what was under the bikini?

I haven't heard buddy since 1210 folded, but even then the dude was still calling blow jobs "lewinskis"

Blake Andrews has to be the least knowledgeable sports talk radio host in history.

Periodically, He’d had segments on soccer. Ice hockey. Any obscure thing so He would be less likely to be embarrassed, I’m guessing. It was so bad you had to listen.

I am still amazed at the balls he had to host a local sports talk radio show when he knew nothing about sports. High school, college, pro- nothing. He couldn't name more than 2 players on the LSU football team on a Baton Rouge sports radio show.

I listened all the time.

Local radio was gold until about 2010. espn radio killed it.

Ott with Steinly the human encyclopedia, Karl da Kat and Fish calling every day.

Buddy Songe hawking manda sausage with Crazy Joe Junior, Dr Slap and Mike Pee calling twice a day..

Condon raising hell talking about everything except sports and Dwayne calling 3-4 times a day ( team 1300.....all Dwayne all the time ). Condon threatening Josh Booty was hilarious. Charlie H played the straight guy trying to keep Condon in line.

Ditka/Diliberto show from the silver slipper casino 95/96 ish was too funny. 1/2 the callers just wanted to frick with Diliberto's head.

1210 the score / team 1300 / 1150 am were all classics.

I haven't heard ole Buddy Songy in a long time now. I haven't lived in Baton Rouge for more than 10 years either. At one time, he was part of the line-up here in Shreveport, but that's been forever now as well. I just hope that Manda fine meats is doing okay without Buddy being their hype man.
