Would you then agree that innocent people should be concerned it could happen to them?

To a small extent, sure.

But it's an extremely minute extent.

Which will be greatly aggravated by everyone now having debit cards in their pocket. If having a lot of cash in your pocket is suspicious, shouldnt also having a lot of cash in your bank account be suspicious?

I mean most people if they have nothing to hide will consent to this sort of search on the highway. Can you justify every dollar in your bank account sufficiently on the side of the highway without a lawyer present? If you can't your money might go bye bye...

I'd like to think I could since the only things that go in are direct deposits and the occasional check. I guess it would depend on if I got access to my online bank statements.

Are you really defending this?

How about people in the service industry who deposit large quantities of cash? Would they have to justify why they made such a deposit?

Hopefully not.

It is your arrogant attitude that keeps me from endorsing you as a Masters Tournament Patron. We don't accept losers like you. I enjoyed my week on the hallowed grounds again this year and even spoke with Billy about your application. He told me that you were still a bootlicking douche and that you were a "no go." I hope that you can learn to stop being a Neaderthal and give us a reason to let you sneak a peak.....even if it's just inside of Gate 6.

This may be the most pathetic post I've read here... today anyway.

Oklahoma is pretty dang money hungry. If you want to send 100 bucks to some body out of state,it will cost you an extra 5 bucks,on top of any other fees. As far as I know, they are the only state that does this.

LNCHBOX never said it only happens to criminals.

Then what did you mean by this statement?

You would be a dumbass to not have a lawyer and a search warrant present before any searches of any kind are done.

Now, just think of what can happen when you get unluckily stuck with a hot head state trooper who doesn't like your refusal to consent to a search.

It's literal highway robbery.

Nowadays they don't need a search warrant. All they've got to do is claim they "smell marijuana" and now you're a suspect. They can do whatever in the hell they fell like including seizing your money and car then hauling your arse to jail.

ETA: and if you object in any way they'll just tack on a resisting arrest and maybe even assaulting a police officer charge as well.

LOL! You are still hurt over that Masters thread 14 months ago where I made you look like a fool. Do you remember that photo I made with the Masters Patrons Circle of Trust and how you were way outside the circle? LOL! Good stuff. It's because you are a loser. I have never seen you win at anything.

Not that they are criminals. You see the guys that open carry for attention? Or the people that video themselves going up to cops and fricking with them then posting those videos online? They aren't criminals, but they're asking for trouble, and they know it.

Well then they should require all vehicles to have inspection stickers and take a percentage of that.

No vehicle insurance required. No vehicle inspection required. You can put just about anything on the roads there. I just don't see how they are getting a standard percent of federal highway funds when they allow vehicles with a greater chance of passengers sustaining [major] injuries if involved in a collision.
