Tennessee... but I wonder if Knox county is going to keep restrictions in place. So far he's allowed local health boards to make their own rules.

The lock down barons will be forced to open. They don't want their population taking their stimulus checks on vacation to open red states and spending them.

I know we went OK last May when we were still in Phase 1 and everything was wide arse open
