My mom had a first period planning period for some days last year... Forgot they were rearranging the schedule for exams. Somebody from the office called her and asked if she was ok... She said "Yeah... I'm getting some coffee."
She came in ten minutes later (halfway through class) and one of her students was leading the class.

tidal, it was the strangest thing ever. I was just sitting around all day watching movies and being on line. When I got emails from other lawyers I thought, "Damn, you people have no life." I have no idea what the woman I told to go home at 3:00 thought. Her boss was copied on the email.
When I got the text from one of the secretaries to told had left mail yesterday (which I referred to as Friday) asking whether I knew today was Tuesday, I felt like that dinosaur gif that drops the glass of milk.
I'm chuckling now, but when I realized that I thought the entire day was Saturday I was pretty freaked out. Fortunately, I missed no court appearances or appointments so no harm no foul. But I'm figuring on catching some grief in the office tomorrow.

I honestly and sincerely feel your brain pain. Sometimes we just have too many things to think about and worry about at one time! Glad you checked out okay.

Butch, no golf up here for a while. We have been hanging out and planning some golf trips for the summer. I've also dated a few women my own age. One was a real winner, but the timing wasn't right. Too bad for that. The others didn't have her magic. I'm OK alone, but I guess I need someone to remind me when I need to go to the office.

I read this thing recently where doctors have discovered some people that were thought to be ADD really have another syndrome. They struggle focusing because they are having a series of micro-strokes and their brain is somewhat shut off during the episode
