Just got done cutting mine, then picked the garden for stuff ready to harvest and watered since everything was looking wilted.

We'll see what the weather brings as this storm approaches. Hopefully just enough rain to saturate the ground so I won't have to water for several days afterwards.

Not at all, but I do place a very high value on my free time. For $40, I have my entire yard edged, weed-eated, mown, and blown. It's easily worth $40 to save myself that time and effort, and that's ignoring the cost of purchasing/maintaining my own equipment, fuel, etc. For those who actively enjoy yard work? By all means. But to pretend as though a lawn service is expensive relative to time saved strikes me as a bit silly.

Done. Now I don't have to cut long wet grass on Father's Day.

Father's Day is still coming, right? This site seems more concerned about Juneteenth.
