He looks like he could be ex military. Probably has ptsd and deals with it by using drugs which makes it worse. Know a guy who dealt with that and he was off his rocker. Thankfully he finally got help and is ok now but he was downright insane for awhile

There was also clear evidence of sexual abuse. The officer had a son the same age, and he lost it and beat the shite out of the guy. The other officers were a little lax is breaking up the beating.
There was never a prosecution. Frankly, in that County, no one gave a shite. The civil rights case didn't go anywhere either.

Apparently the 7 year old got away but this POS caught him, brought him back and executed him in front of "witnesses " according to an article I read. Hopefully this guy gets the absolute shite bear out of him every single day in prison.

As you would do with a rabid animal after an attack, it might be a wise move to open his head while he’s slowly dying to observe the brain and what anomalies may be causing psychosis like this.
I’m sure it’s some combination of schizophrenia and drugs, but just to be safe.
