I think that it has something to do with Millennials being prescribed so many prescription drugs when they were young. Adderral, Xanax, Ritalin along with various SSRI drugs. Combine that with a high rate of substance abuse and you get more school shooters, violent acts like this etc. Those medications were virtually non existent a generation earlier.
