Calling dumb people, dumb doesn't mean you're triggered, especially on the internet. That's about 30% of historical internet content is calling dumb people who don't realize they're dumb, what they are.
Calling people dumb and claiming to be an intellectual and then writing like this is hilarious

If I had to choose between being fat as frick and having a head full of hair or being bald but skinny/healthier, I don’t think it’s a hard decision.

You have to write for the audience

Shocker. Rapid weight loss correlates with hair loss even in people who aren’t taking these drugs. It’s been associated with bariatric surgery for years. Caloric deficit + inadequate protein + possible nutrient deficiencies can equal hair loss.
That said, if I were an obese man over 40, I wouldn’t even blink at the possibility. Most men experience some degree of balding anyway, and I’d rather be fit and bald than in the ground with a full head of hair.

Great drug, very safe with very few proven side effects. Most people see light gastro side effects like diarrhea or constipation. It’ lowers A1C levels drastically, as well as lowering visceral fat. These drugs change peoples lives for the better. I don’t know why there is so much hate over the GLP’s, maybe jealousy that you don’t get off your butt and do something about your own weight? Peptides will change the face of medicine. The new GLP3, Reta, will be a game changer.

I feel like I heard this about the Covid vaccine too

This may be what you are looking for.

Dozens of lawsuits have been filed against the companies behind the most popular GLP-1 medications from people who have been diagnosed with nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). The disorder is rare, but can cause rapid-onset vision changes and loss that can result in blindness. It typically occurs in people over the age of 50 and is usually permanent.
quote:
NAION is not listed on the warning labels for GLP-1 medications in the U.S., but is included in some other countries. In June, Novo Nordisk updated labels for Wegovy and Ozempic in Europe to read that semaglutide, an active ingredient in weight-loss drugs, may cause NAION in up to one in 10,000 patients.

I have a sneakin' feeling that these numbers are a lot higher.
A couple of questions:
Why the frick is the corrupt FDA not requiring the manufactures to not put this same warning on these fake hormones will the Euros are requiring this warning?
The bigger question is WHY risk your health, perhaps PERMANTELY over losing a few pounds?
I am a keto type of diet with a blend of the mediterranean diet mixed in, along with lots of healthy protein and keeping the carbs low.
I lost 35 lbs fairly easy and feel great.

Yes and no.
Dr's would tightly monitor the GLP-1 agonist patients and would prescribe it in MICRO-DOSE'S. Mostly prescribed to diabetes patients.
Look up the drug 'Byetta'.
Now, the doctors and medical professionals are prescribing this stuff like candy.
There is NO long-term studies of the mega-doses that idiots are now injecting.
Now riddle me this. Why is the manufacturer ozmepic putting a 'black box' warning on their own website?

They have always warned about the risk of thyroid cancer.
quote:Ozempic has had the boxed warning since 2017. It isnt new.
And after years of human exposure, the evidence has not demonstrated that semaglutide causes thyroid cancer.
A large 2025 analysis involving more than 350,000 adults found no statistically significant increase in overall thyroid cancer among people starting GLP-1 drugs.

Yes I saw that.
quote:
The best current analysis of the semaglutide clinical-trial program includes the major long-term cardiovascular/diabetes/weight-loss trials...So across those six large cardiovascular outcome trials:
Semaglutide: 15 thyroid cancers among 18,634 people
Placebo: 9 thyroid cancers among 18,633 people

Yes, until the last few years, it was tightly prescribed and patients were closely monitored. Plus, it was being administered in micro-dosages.
Now, it's being handed out left and right by our medical system to just about anyone who ask's their medical provider for it.
I have a family member that was using the fake hormone. Now they are dealing with stomach issues and Drs have tried several approaches with no success.
They are now using kefir and sauerkraut which is helping out a lot, but the stomach issue still remains.
I will leave this with you and the OT board. We know that big pharma has been busted several times hiding the data of side effects of these dangerous drugs.

Vioxx Internal documents revealed that Merck knew about increased heart attack and stroke risks with its painkiller Vioxx years before pulling it from the market in 2004, resulting in a $4.85 billion settlement.

Opioid Crisis (Purdue Pharma): Extensive litigation exposed how opioid manufacturers aggressively misrepresented the severe addiction risks and downplayed adverse outcomes of prescription painkillers like OxyContin

A few others:

Avandia (GlaxoSmithKline): GSK paid a historic $3 billion settlement in 2012 after pleading guilty to charges including the failure to report vital safety data regarding the cardiovascular risks of the diabetes drug Avandia

Actos (Takeda & Eli Lilly): Takeda faced massive litigation after concealing bladder cancer risks associated with its diabetes medication Actos for several years.

The same posters that spent years melting about the Covid vaccine (rightfully so) are now buying this shite off the gray market from the People’s Republic Of China. Their hypocrisy is sad but I can’t help but laugh at them

I’m thin and bald without Ozempic.

It’s true. I lost 35 pounds in three months eating only meat, eggs, and cheese. I started seeing tons of hair coming out when I washed my hair. No balding in my family and always had a lot. I’ve been maintaining weight with a balanced diet now for a month. I think it started slowing down but it is nerve wracking.
